HOUSE BILL NO. 68 which had been placed at the bottom of the                   
calendar was before the Senate in third reading.                               
                                                                               
The question being: Shall HOUSE BILL NO. 68 An Act extending                   
the termination date of the Board of Pharmacy to June 30, 2005; and            
providing for an effective date pass the Senate? The roll was taken

date clause. Without objection, it was so ordered and the bill was             
signed by the President and Secretary and returned to the House.
